Pre-Employment Testing
Philadelphia Gas Works uses validated pre-employment testing as part of the hiring process for most entry level and some skilled positions to determine if a candidate has the necessary skills and knowledge for the job. Residency Requirement
All employees of PGW must live in the City of Philadelphia for the duration of their employment. If a candidate does not live in the City of Philadelphia at the time of hire, they must move into the City within 12 months of their hire date.
