Serving Your Business — To start service, call (215) 684-6671. When you call you will be assigned a PGW specialist to facilitate all of your natural gas needs while making sure you receive premium service.
You also may be asked to provide the following information:
- Accurate U.S. postal address of gas service location
- Property owner’s business name, mailing address and daytime phone number
- Contractor or engineer’s name, mailing address and daytime phone number
- An all-inclusive gas load for the property, including a list of all equipment with BTU/hr input
- Required Gas Pressure
- Site plan for new construction with desired gas service installation site
- Project timeline (can take up to 26 weeks)

PGW will help you determine the meter size, location and any upfront costs involved in the installation of your new gas service. For most projects we need advance notice before we can begin installation (up to 12 weeks).
